The Customer is eligible for cancellation of the purchase and return of the merchandise to receive a full refund under the following conditions:
- The merchandise unused in any manner.
- The merchandise should be in original packaging and good condition in which they were received by the installer / customer.
- The merchandise has not been mounted on a Rim and should be undriven.
The customer is eligible for cancellation of the order only in cases when the merchandise has not left the warehouse and has not been fitted or driven. For cancellations after the merchandise has left the warehouse, the customer will be solely responsible of any costs associated with the return which is only possible if the tyre is unused and not mounted in the rim. For such refunds there will be a processing fee and it will take at least 14 working days. Tyre-select.com has all the rights to charge the customer for direct and indirect costs incurred with the return of the merchandise.
